This Whitford property, located south of Howick in Auckland's southeast, sits on a sloping rural block with challenging ground conditions. The heavy clay soil tends to dry and crack in summer, then becomes unstable when those cracks fill with water in winter.
These conditions made the build highly complex, requiring 28 six-metre piles to stabilise the site before construction could begin. Our team delivered the complete concrete package – foundations, slab, and a three-metre in-situ wall – working closely with the architect, engineers, and other contractors to ensure a seamless result from start to finish.
The Project was delivered on time and with no inspection issues.
